Students of the Laboratory and Veterinary Health Program conducted a technical visit to Alize Meat Integrated Facilities.

Within the scope of the technical visit, our students had the opportunity to examine slaughterhouse and meat processing operations on site.
Information was provided regarding pre-slaughter and post-slaughter inspection practices, while professional applications in the field of veterinary health were introduced through hands-on training.
Our students also met with sector professionals and gained valuable professional experience.
