A training program entitled “Water Efficiency Mobilization Initiative” was held for students in the Conference Hall of Şarkikaraağaç Vocational School.
During the training, delivered by the academic staff of our vocational school, participants were informed about the impacts of global climate change on water resources, Türkiye’s water potential, the risk of water stress, and the importance of responsible water use. In addition, practical water-saving measures that can be implemented in daily life were discussed, highlighting the significance of protecting water resources for future generations.
At the end of the program, students gained awareness that water efficiency is a critical issue requiring both individual and collective responsibility in order to ensure a sustainable future.
